Cancellation policy – 72 hours prior to the Hotel’s check-in time on arrival day (later cancellations will incur charges of 100% of the room rate for the first night).
Early check-in regulation – Room to be pre-booked and registered the night prior to arrival to guarantee room availability at the early arrival time.
The Hotel reserves the right to charge 100% room rate for remaining room nights should guests leave earlier than an originally booked length of stay, subject to occupancy level at the Hotel.
Child policy – Children below 7 years old – accommodation & meals free of charge if shared with parents; Children 7-12 years old – accommodation free of charge, for breakfast and extra bed will be charged additionally per child per day if shared with parents; Children 13 years old and above are considered as adults and charge additional per person per day for extra bed and breakfast for the third person in the same room.
